1Arrival & Assessment
Do this first — before you start cleaning.
Take photos of any damage or excessive mess
Check for missing items (remotes, towels, decor)
Note any maintenance issues (leaks, broken items)
Open all windows for ventilation (if weather permits)
Turn on all lights to check for burnt bulbs
Collect all trash and linens
2Kitchen
Empty and clean refrigerator (check expiration dates)
Run dishwasher (empty and reload if needed)
Clean stovetop, oven, and microwave
Wipe down all countertops and table
Restock coffee, tea, sugar, and basic supplies
Replace paper towels and trash bags
Sweep and mop floor
Check all dishes and glassware are clean and put away
3Bathrooms
Replace all towels (bath, hand, washcloth, bath mat)
Restock toilet paper (minimum 2 rolls per bathroom)
Refill soap, shampoo, and body wash
Clean toilet, shower, and sink thoroughly
Wipe down mirror and vanity
Replace shower curtain if stained
Sweep and mop floor
Check for mold and treat if needed
4Bedrooms & Living Areas
Strip all beds and replace with fresh linens
Make beds with hospital corners (or duvet style)
Fluff and arrange all pillows
Vacuum all carpets and rugs
Sweep and mop hard floors
Dust all surfaces and electronics
Reset all furniture to layout photos
Replace any damaged decor
5Final Reset & Report
